We are a small boutique graphic design company and we are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to join our team as Traffic Coordinator and Assistant Project Manager. In this dual role, you will be responsible for coordinating traffic activities and providing crucial support to ensure projects proceed seamlessly through our process.

Responsibilities:

➤ Coordinate and manage traffic flow for graphic design projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.

➤ Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to contribute to the successful completion of design projects.

➤ Client-facing communication related to project requests, timelines, feedback, check ins, routing deliverable, etc.

➤ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination, especially in the areas of logo development, package design, and social media content.

➤ Track project progress, compile relevant data, and provide regular reports to the project manager.

➤ Support the preparation of project documentation, including reports, presentations Maintain digital file organization.

➤ Assist in identifying and mitigating project issues that could impact timing.

Working knowledge of / experience with the following platforms:

● Dropbox

● Monday

● Google Docs

● Mail Chimp

● Figma

● Canva

Requirements:

✎ Bachelor's degree in communications, liberal arts, or business administration is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.

✎ Minimum of 4 years of experience in advertising or graphic design industry.

✎ Proficient in project management tools and software.

✎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

✎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
